Agreement to Terms
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Skate City Pueblo. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Purchases and Payments

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in specific event refund policies.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Lessons Booking Refund Policy
All lesson bookings are non-refundable once scheduled.
Refunds are only available if Skate City cancels a session due to facility issues or weather closure.
2. Birthday and Group Booking Refund Policy
- Birthday parties require a $50.00 non refundable deposit upon booking
- Private Events require a $200.00 non refundable deposit upon booking.
- Deposits are non refundable but transferable if rescheduled within 72 hours notice
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the event date are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without a new reservation.
3. Food or Concession Items
If food is inedible (excluding melted or broken chocolates), you are entitled to an exchange for the same product if it’s a manufacturer’s issue.
No refunds for changes of mind or taste preferences.

Participation in any skating activity is at your own risk. Skate City Pueblo is not responsible for personal injuries, lost items, or damages unless caused by proven negligence.
